Who is zeeROOTS?
zeeROOTS is an Alberta-based cold-pressed juice business making small weekly batches with fruits, vegetables, roots, greens, and citrus. Every bottle is made without added sugar, preservatives, or added water.
Are the juices made fresh?
Yes. Every batch is made fresh to order.

How is zeeROOTS cold-pressed juice different from juice at the grocery store?
zeeROOTS juices are cold pressed in small batches with fresh, locally sourced fruits, vegetables, roots, and citrus, then kept refrigerated for freshness.
We do not add preservatives or extra sugar, just real ingredients.

Do the juices contain added sugar?
No. zeeROOTS juices contain no added sugar, just the natural sweetness from fruits and vegetables.
Why does cold-pressed juice separate?
Natural separation is normal because we do not use additives or stabilizers. Shake the bottle well before drinking.

How long do the juices last?
zeeROOTS juices last up to 10 days refrigerated. For the best flavor, keep them cold and drink them as fresh as possible.
How should I store my juice?
Keep your juice refrigerated and avoid leaving it at room temperature for long periods. Once opened, keep it chilled and enjoy it soon.
Can I freeze my juice?
Fresh is best, but you can freeze juice if needed. Leave room in the container for expansion and thaw it in the fridge before drinking.

How do I order?
You can order from the blends section or by opening Build order.
- Choose a blend, Mix A, or Mix B
- Add one or more complete 6-packs or 12-packs
- Enter your pickup or delivery details
- Review the order summary
- Pay one-time orders by card, or send details by text or Messenger
What happens after I place an order request?
We review your order, confirm the details with you, and prepare your juices as fresh as possible.
What sizes are available?
One-time orders and subscriptions use different bottle options.
- One-time bottles: 8oz or 16oz
- One-time packs: 6-pack or 12-pack
- One-time prices: $7 CAD for 8oz, $12 CAD for 16oz
- Subscriptions: 16oz bottles at $10 CAD per bottle
Where do you deliver or offer pickup?
Pickup and Friday delivery are available in select areas.
- Pickup: Airdrie
- Friday delivery: eligible Airdrie, CrossIron/Balzac, Rocky View, Calgary, and surrounding postal codes
- Enter your postal code during checkout to calculate delivery before online payment
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated by area.
- Airdrie and CrossIron area delivery: free
- Calgary north and CrossIron-Calgary corridor delivery: $10
- Calgary central delivery: $13
- Calgary south delivery: $15
- Irricana delivery: $10
- Orders over $150 before delivery qualify for free delivery in eligible areas
What if I cannot be home at the time of delivery?
For quality and food safety, zeeROOTS juices should remain refrigerated at all times. If you will not be home for delivery, please leave a cooler with ice packs in a safe, accessible location.
You may also include delivery instructions or a preferred delivery window in the notes section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate timing requests whenever possible.
Can I still cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.
Because our juices are prepared fresh to order, cancellations are subject to the status of your order. Once preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, we may be unable to cancel it.
Do you have mixed packs to try out first?
Yes. Mix A and Mix B are variety pack options so you can discover your favorites.
Our variety packs are a great way to experience the zeeROOTS lineup before deciding which flavors you would like to order regularly.

Do you offer a subscription plan?
Yes. Biweekly subscriptions are available in 6, 12, or 18 bottles.

Where can we find zeeROOTS at farmers markets?
Find us at Airdrie Farmers Market on Wednesdays from 3:30-7pm and Farmers & Makers Market on Saturdays from 10-2pm, July through October.

Can I pay online?
Yes, for one-time orders.
- One-time orders can be paid securely online by card through Square
- Pickup or delivery pricing is confirmed in checkout before payment
- Prices are shown in CAD
- Checkout includes any applicable delivery fee before payment
- If your postal code is outside our online delivery range, send your order by text or Messenger and we can double-check options for your area
Can I pay online for a subscription?
Not yet. Subscription details are confirmed before payment so we can verify flavors, delivery timing, fulfillment details, and start date.
How are card payments processed?
One-time card payments are processed securely by Square.
- zeeROOTS does not store your card details
- After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email
When is my card charged?
For one-time online orders, your card is charged when you submit the secure payment form. If anything about availability or fulfillment needs adjustment, we will contact you before preparing the order.

You can review zeeROOTS policies below. One-time card payments are processed securely by Square, so Square's privacy policy and payment terms may also apply during checkout.

Do you have a food handling permit?
Yes. zeeROOTS prepares orders under an AHS food handling permit and follows Alberta food safety requirements.
Do I still need fiber in my diet?
Yes. Juice can be a convenient way to enjoy fruits and vegetables, but it is not a replacement for whole foods. Keep eating fiber-rich fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes as part of your regular diet.
Should I check the ingredients before ordering?
Yes. Please review each blend's ingredient list before ordering, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific dietary needs.
