These terms apply when you use this website, place an order, request delivery or pickup, contact zeeROOTS, or purchase zeeROOTS products.

Orders and availability

zeeROOTS juices are prepared in small batches. Orders are subject to product availability, ingredient availability, delivery eligibility, and final confirmation. We may contact you if an item, flavor, fulfillment detail, or timing needs to be adjusted.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Checkout may include any applicable delivery fee before payment. One-time online card payments are processed securely by Square and may also be subject to Square's applicable payment terms . Subscription orders are confirmed before payment.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is available in Airdrie. Friday delivery is available only for eligible postal codes in the listed delivery areas. Delivery fees and free delivery eligibility are calculated during checkout. If your postal code is outside our online delivery range, you may still contact us to ask about options.

Cancellations, refunds, and changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Because juices are made fresh to order, cancellations or refunds may not be available once preparation has started, the order has been completed, or the order is out for delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can review it.

Freshness and food safety

Keep juices refrigerated. If you will not be available for delivery, leave a cooler with ice packs in a safe, accessible location. Natural separation is normal; shake well before drinking. Follow the storage and freshness guidance provided with your order.
